Marguerite is currently composing music for the film Crisscross by film-maker Allison Ross and has two new albums on the horizon. Dragon in the Sand will be released early this coming year followed by a second yet-to-be titled work that will be sung in the Italian language. Marguerite’s music is currently available internationally through major on-line retailers.

In her most recent album, Bring the Music, Marguerite ventures from the folk-rock and pop flavors of her previous recordings to the realms of blues and jazz. The project includes contributions by San Francisco Bay-area and Seattle-area musicians, Ed Corey, Hans Halt, Will Dowd, Nova Karina Devonie, Jackie Robbins, Kym Tuvim and Alicia Healey.

Conti launched her music career in the San Francisco Bay area in the ’90s. Marguerite’s debut release, Rising from the Night, and subsequent recordings earned her critical acclaim as a vocalist and songwriter and received national airplay on both public and commercial radio stations. Since relocating to Seattle, Marguerite has continued writing, recording, teaching, performing and producing.
